SOCIO PANORMA FOR ACTION RESEARCH & COMMUNICATION HUMANE (SPARCH) was formed in the year 2010 with a primary objective to engage in development work at Grass root level to work towards long & short term Cultural, Social, Economical & Environmental development for people of Rural & Urban India. Irrespective of caste, creed, sex & religion. We are working for General Public utility. SPARCH is working to construct the roots & minds of our society through three fold acts Action, Research & Communication.
ABOUT THE PRESIDENT
Khushbu Gupta is a well Known Tv & Theatre Actress. She is doing theatre & Performing Arts since her school time. She had completed her 2 year Diploma in Acting Course from Sri Ram Centre for Performing Arts Delhi. She has written Designed & Directed Many Play’s. Apart from Acting she is a Social worker & Entrepreneur. She is running her own Imitation jewellery Brand from the name sundernarri managed by Shivay Creative Arts. Her vision as a President of SPARCH is to promote Art & Culture specially among younger Generation, Senior Citizen & Woman’s. She has motivated many ladies to stand on there own feet’s & be financially Independent.
About The Vice President
Chandni Duggal is educationist and social worker, she has done B.com (Hons), M.com, LLB, CS Executive (all india 10th rank holder). Her Major interests is in educating youth and to develop Such programs which can help youth to explore themselves.
Secretary Cum Treasurer
Rishu Gupta since the age of 10 years has been attached with performing Arts & Stage. He was attached with National school of Drama (T.I.E company) as a Student & Teacher, then worked with Sahitya kala Parishad (cultural wing of Delhi govt.). He had Completed Shri Ram Centre For Performing Arts two year acting course, He was awarded with scholarship by HRD Ministry to study Design & Direction (Theatre). He had taken 1 year Diploma in Photography from Triveni KalaSangam under the guidance of Renowned Photographer Shri. OP Sharma. He had learnt Tabla & Music from Gandharva Maha Vidhalaya. He had written plays like : Waqt ka Dayra, Kursi Ka Swayamwar, Goliyan Hindustani Culture ki ,The Other Side ,Tali Sirf Ek Hath Se Nai Bajti, Yam Yam Yamraj, Purnviram, Poontha ki Taalash-In Search of completeness etc. He had Written & Directed Short Films on Swacch Bharat. He had Directed Plays like Taj Mahal ka Tender, Kahaniyoon ka Manchan, Fail Hona Asthban ka aur karna Atmahatya ki Tayari, Muggal Baccha, Prem ki Biradari, Star Child, Shri Krishna-The soul of life,Waqt ka Diyara, Goliya Hindustani Culture ki, The Other Side, Tali Ek Hath Se Nai Bajati, Purnviram, Yam Yam Yamraj ,Inspector Mata Din Chand Per , Stories of Ismatchugtai. Kursi Ka Swayamwar, Aadhi Raat ke Baad ..
Program Cordinador
Trupti Thakar is program cordinator she has joined SPARCH in 2010. She is one of the founder Member of SPARCH. She is a theatre Artist and doing Theatre with Sparch Theatre Repertory. She is a Trained & Professional Make-up & Hair Designing Expert. She is a social worker too.
Production Manager
Nimesh Thakar is our Production Manager. He has joined SPARCH in 2010. He is a theatre Artist and doing Theatre with Sparch Theatre Repertory. He takes care of our Set Designing, Props & fooding for our staff and Actor’s at the time of any of our Production or Festival. He has a very good Managing & public Dealing Skills.

Kuldeep Vashisth is a well know Theatre & Film Actor. He had completed his 2 year Diploma in Acting from Shri Ram Centre for Performing Arts Delhi. He is a Diploma holder in Design & Direction by Bhartiye Vidya Bhawan. He is attached with Sparch since 2010. He Acted as a Lead in Film Antervayatha. As an Actor he has done many Plays in Lead Role with us.
